This web-based training course was developed by ShipMate, Inc.  This course is intended for those persons and facilities that receive, handle, use, store, transport or dispose of chemical substances and mixtures which pose one or more health, physical or environmental hazards, and whom are regulated by U.S. or states' OSHA. This course fulfills the U.S. Occupational Safety & Health Administration's (OSHA) Hazard Communication Standard 2012 (HCS 2012) training requirements and addresses the following lesson topics:
