This course is designed for those hazardous materials employees that perform one or more pre-transportation or transportation function, as outlined in the course syllabus, when preparing automotive dangerous goods by air and/or vessel.  This course is a compliment to the Surface Transportation of Automotive Hazardous Materials (HMT-0402). Whether you have a great deal of experience in transporting hazardous materials, or you are new to this responsibility, this course will help ensure four key items when preparing hazardous materials for transport:

• That you know how to do it properly
• That you know how to do it legally
• That when you know when to ask for help
• That everyone remains safe- including you!

A detailed examination is available and a Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants receiving 80% or better on the comprehensive exam.
