The objectives of the Multimodal Transportation of Limited Quantities course are to 

• Describe the procedures and methods for the classification and assignment of dangerous goods as excepted quantities, limited quantities, or as consumer commodities
• Enable you to determine the appropriate shipping description and to identify the required marks, labels and packaging for a limited or excepted quantity, or consumer commodity, shipment intended for transport by surface, air or vessel
• Provide you with useful tools, checklists and templates for preparing dangerous goods shipping papers and other required documentation.

A detailed examination is available and a Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants receiving 80% or better on the comprehensive exam.
