Course Overview 

This course will focus on the effects and signs of Noise Induced Hearing Loss and how to prevent NIHL in the workplace through engineering and safe work practice controls.  This course will also help you to outline and develop a Hearing Conservation Program that conforms to OSHA’s Occupational Noise Exposure Standards outlined in 29 CFR §1910.95.

This course has several modules including:

•Audiometric Testing

The objectives of the ShipMate™ University AutoEHS® Web-Based Training Program on Noise Exposure Control and Hearing Conservation are to:

A detailed examination is available and a Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants receiving 80% or better on the comprehensive exam.
